Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions

You may return products within 7 days from the date of receipt if:

• The product has intact seals, labels, and has not been used

• The product has manufacturer defects

• The product does not match your order

• The product was damaged during shipping

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our zalo/whatsapp 0934 818 613 or email snushanoi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Step 2: Send photos or videos of the product and order details for verification.

Step 3: Once confirmed, ship the product back to Snus Ha Noi's address.

Step 4: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within 3–5 business days.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Snus Ha Noi covers all return shipping costs for defective products or incorrect orders. For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or e-wallet within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used nicotine pouches cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturer defect. Please inspect products carefully upon delivery.
