Snus Ha Noi delivers nationwide across Vietnam via trusted carriers including Giao Hàng Nhanh, Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, Viettel Post and Shopee Express

2. Delivery Times

• Ha Noi Inner City: 1 business days

• Northern Vietnam: 1–2 business days

• Southern Provinces: 2–3 business days

• Central Vietnam: 2-3 business days

3. Shipping Fees (Different city)

• Orders over 500,000 VND: Free shipping

• Orders under 500,000 VND: 25,000–40,000 VND depending on location

• Ha Noi inner city: Free shipping for all combo orders (3+ cans) (up to 40,000)

4. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your products carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, contact our Zalo/Whatsapp 0934 818 613 immediately for assistance. We support COD (Cash on Delivery) — inspect before you pay.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Please contact our hotline to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
